I am a huge geek for languages. Like, you would not believe how much I love them. The grammar, the lexicon, the reasons behind each and every idiom... I love it all! /maniacal laughter

[Error: unknown template qotd] Currently, I speak Spanish and English. I was in Chinese Club for about two years (don't remember that much at all.) I'm taking Japanese, I took French from 4th-6th grade (and can still read French relatively well, wouldn't mind becoming fluent some day) and now I really want to learn Portuguese because I can understand it almost perfectly, as long as it's written down. It's so much like Spanish! Learning Portuguese would be awesome~

Now... why on earth would I want to know 5 languages? Because languages are cool, that's why.

In other news, I'm procrastinating an essay and therefore, really hyper. I'll get back to work now and just leave this here...

I took latin for 2-3 years, but I wouldn't say I know a lot of it...

I dont know ANY spanish. ANY. It's embarrassing as hell.

But with latin, it's easier to understand, no? Romance Languages~ They're all connected to the same latin roots :3
