I-I can't even explain how I'm feeling right now. No one brought any gifts and some people didn't even know it was my birthday, but... Today. This. This is what birthdays are really about. Going to see a great movie with friends, sneaking one in* and then later getting home, stressing a bit but eventually eating and playing accent-inducing card games... this. Gathering with friends, chatting idly, eating cake and reminiscing on the old days...
I wish I could capture how happy I feel right now. I want to seal this happiness in a box and open it whenever I am feeling down. I-I can't really explain why I'm so happy, but I... I've just never celebrated my birthday on the date before. Today was so special...
I am overflowing with happiness right now. It's wonderful. I want to make a voice post about how happy I am you guys**. My parents are arguing and I don't even care.
2010, may you be so awesome. 2010, you are my shining star. That is what you are~ There is no one like you, baby~
I love the world. I love my friends. I love being able to celebrate my birthday on its date with my friends for the first time in all my life.

I'm glad that you had a fun birthday, and you never know, this could be a sign that 2010 will be a good year for you~!
P.S. How was the movie, by the way? As I recall you were going to see Sherlock Holmes? I might go see it on the weekend, so I'm excited. :3

Sherlock Holmes was a lot of fun! If you like action, bromance and coolness, you'll definitely like it. I dunno too much about the original Sherlock Holmes, but RDj pulls off a wonderfully eccentric Holmes to counter Jude Law's

I've actually read some of the original Sherlock Holmes, and from what I've seen so far relating to the movie, they did a pretty good job on creating the character moods, or whatever you call them. Can't wait to see tsundere Watson though, lol. ;D
